We do not underwrite, approve, fund, or service any loan. Submitting your information connects you with a network of independent specialty and portfolio lending partners who may contact you regarding financing for barndominium construction, land-and-build packages, and related refinancing; loan terms, rates, and eligibility are determined solely by the participating lender you are matched with, not by Contractors Choice Agency. All financing is subject to credit approval, property eligibility, appraisal, and the individual underwriting guidelines of each lending partner.
